Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale ISO 20022 transformation programs across intricate financial systems, aligning with regulatory timelines and business goals.

Drive the planning, execution, and implementation of ISO 20022 standards. Collaborate with diverse teams, including business, technology, operations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and project success.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cross-border payment processing and regulatory compliance. Translate complex payment flows and settlement processes into clear functional specifications and user stories. Support the full project lifecycle, from requirements traceability to testing and defect resolution.

A seasoned professional with 12-18 years of experience, including at least 8 years in a relevant role within the Payments and Cards domain. Possess extensive knowledge of end-to-end payment lifecycles, including initiation, processing, clearing, and settlement, along with strong expertise in credit/debit cards.

Familiarity with international and domestic payment schemes, cross-border payment concepts like SEPA/Target 2/CHAPS/SWIFT messages, and an understanding of ISO 20022 migration are highly valued. Experience with SWIFT settlement messages and corporate actions processing is also beneficial.

Candidates must hold a B.Tech, BE, MBA, or MCA degree. This position operates on a hybrid model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the Bengaluru office.
