Lead large-scale ISO 20022 transformation programs across complex financial systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory timelines and business objectives. Drive planning, execution, and implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and operations. Provide strategic direction and governance for program milestones.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cross-border payment processing and regulatory compliance. Translate complex payment flows into functional specifications and user stories, supporting the end-to-end project lifecycle. Bring strong domain knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, compliance, and industry standards.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with 12-18 years of experience, including at least 8 years in a relevant role within the Banking and Payments domain. Essential expertise includes end-to-end payment lifecycle knowledge, credit/debit card knowledge, and familiarity with domestic/international payment schemes. Experience with SWIFT messages and ISO 20022 migration is highly advantageous.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent knowledge of payment initiation, processing, clearing, and settlement. Familiarity with FX order placement, spot FX transactions, forward contracts, and FX limit orders is also required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as B.Tech, BE, MBA, or MCA, is necessary. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the Bengaluru office.
