As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in assuring strong foundations for future aspirations, embodying the 'what, how, and why' of change to empower proactive action.

Lead strategic cross-divisional initiatives using Agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Partner with Engineering, Business, and Operations sponsors to build complex solutions, balancing competing priorities.

Proactively identify, report, and escalate project risks, overseeing their remediation. Remove program-level impediments by leveraging stakeholder relationships and sponsorship.

Maintain transparency on project progress, issues, timelines, and budgets by facilitating governance forums and steerco groups with senior leadership.

Possess relevant experience in business analysis, project, or program management, with a strong grasp of project scope definition, issue tracking, risk management, status reporting, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Demonstrate a proven ability to drive project delivery within cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders beyond direct control with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Exhibit the ability to identify cross-functional issues, propose innovative solutions, and articulate their implications across existing processes, systems, and teams, considering costs, risks, and service impacts. Experience in Wealth Management systems and domains is a primary requirement.
