This role focuses on enhancing customer strategies and operations within the telecommunications sector, driving impactful change and assuring strong foundations for future growth. Engage with internal teams and clients to execute short-term and long-term projects centered on Customer Strategy & Implementation. Drive commercial excellence through revenue assurance, margin optimization, and customer experience initiatives. Develop business strategies for revenue growth and market expansion, leveraging data analytics for performance optimization and strategic decision-making. Assist in client requests, RFPs, and business development activities, while designing performance monitoring frameworks and acting as a trusted advisor to client leadership. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and problem-solving sessions to build strong client relationships.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates must have mandatory experience in the Telecom sector, with a willingness to work across various industries. A strong understanding of the Telecom value chain is essential, along with experience in areas such as OSS/BSS transformation, revenue assurance, and margin maximization. Proficiency in tools like Excel and SQL, with optional knowledge of Python and BI platforms, is expected. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are crucial, as is the ability to travel for project engagements. A hybrid work model requiring at least three days a week in the office is in place.
