Engage in short-term and long-term projects focused on Customer Strategy & Implementation. Drive commercial excellence by enhancing revenue assurance, optimizing margins, and analyzing collections. Develop business strategies for revenue growth, cost reduction, and market expansion within the TMT sector. Utilize data analytics to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making across technology and operations. Assist in responding to RFPs and supporting business development activities. Design performance monitoring frameworks and dashboards to track key business outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, presenting actionable recommendations and transformation roadmaps. Facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions with stakeholders. Cultivate strong relationships between Deloitte and client project teams.

Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Possess mandatory experience in the Telecom sector, with a willingness to explore other industries. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Telecom value chain and experience in areas such as OSS/BSS transformation, revenue assurance, margin maximization, or cost optimization. Exhibit a foundational knowledge of business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques. Proficiency in Excel and SQL is essential, with Python and BI platforms being advantageous for analyzing large datasets. Showcase exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Apply a strong problem-solving mindset to analyze complex issues and deliver innovative solutions. Be prepared for domestic or international travel for project engagements.
