Engage with clients and internal teams on short and long-term projects focused on Customer Strategy & Implementation. Drive commercial excellence through revenue assurance, margin optimization, and customer experience initiatives. Develop strategies for revenue growth, cost reduction, and market expansion for TMT clients, leveraging data analytics to uncover insights. Assist in responding to RFPs and developing business opportunities. Design performance monitoring frameworks and act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, presenting transformation roadmaps. Facilitate client workshops and build strong relationships within project teams.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field is required. Mandatory experience in the Telecom sector is essential, with a willingness to work across various sectors. A solid understanding of the Telecom value chain and experience in areas like OSS/BSS transformation, revenue assurance, and cost optimization is crucial. Proficiency in Excel and SQL is necessary, with Python and BI platforms being optional. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are key. Domestic or international travel may be required for project engagements. This role operates on a hybrid model, requiring at least three days a week in the office.
