Engage with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic engagements focused on Customer Strategy & Implementation. Drive commercial excellence by focusing on revenue assurance, margin optimization, and customer experience. Develop business strategies for revenue growth, cost reduction, and market expansion within the TMT sector.

Utilize data analytics to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making across technology, operations, and go-to-market initiatives. Assist in responding to RFPs and problem statements, and design performance monitoring frameworks. Act as a trusted advisor, presenting recommendations and roadmaps to client leadership, while facilitating workshops and building strong client relationships.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field is required. Essential to have prior experience in the Telecom sector and a willingness to work across various industries. Strong understanding of the Telecom value chain and experience in areas such as OSS/BSS transformation, revenue assurance, margin maximization, and business process reviews is crucial.

Possess a foundational knowledge of business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI platforms for analyzing large datasets is necessary. Python skills are optional. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities are vital for analyzing complex challenges and delivering innovative solutions. Domestic or international travel may be required.
