Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant, focusing on transforming client buying power capabilities. This role involves transitioning manual processes to automated, real-time solutions across various trading platforms and asset classes. You will play a crucial part in enhancing client interactions and ensuring robust financial operations.

Drive the automation of client buying power checks, moving from manual, end-of-day processes to real-time, automated solutions. Gather and analyze complex business requirements from trading desks, credit teams, and execution platforms. Document detailed business specifications for utility integration and map data requirements across source systems. Facilitate communication to build consensus on scope, design, and implementation decisions. Validate requirements through UAT testing and user training, proactively identifying project risks.

Essential qualifications include knowledge of LTV calculations, concentration risk management, and prior experience with buying power, margin, or credit limit systems. Experience with API-based integrations, strong understanding of trading operations, client onboarding, and credit management processes are vital. Proficiency with the Avaloq Core Platform, documenting BRDs, conceptual modeling, and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Power BI are required. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and articulating requirements via Use Cases and User Stories is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, BE, BCA) or Master's degree (MBA) with 5-8 years of Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets projects is expected.
