We are seeking a strategic and experienced PMO Lead to enhance project governance, standardization, and execution across the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of our business initiatives, requiring a strong background in project management and process optimization.

Key responsibilities include establishing PMO frameworks, financial models, and best practices. You will lead annual budget planning and re-forecasting, build executive dashboards for costs and resource utilization, and ensure adherence to financial rules and audit trails. Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management, monitor performance with KPIs, and ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks, lead portfolio prioritization, and facilitate executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.

We require candidates with 3–12 years of experience in PMO, Project, or Program Management, possessing strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana is essential. You should have excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with proven experience in risk management, budgeting, and forecasting. A track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects is a must. While PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred, experience in IT, consulting, or product-based organizations, with exposure to digital transformation or enterprise-wide programs, is highly valued. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is also required.
