Establish and maintain robust PMO frameworks, financial models, and governance best practices. Lead annual budget planning and periodic re-forecasting for project portfolios. Develop executive dashboards to visualize costs, margins, and resource utilization. Ensure projects adhere to financial regulations and maintain clear audit trails. Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. Utilize KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor project performance. Uphold strict adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align project goals with overarching business objectives. Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Manage portfolios, prioritization, and resource allocation. Facilitate executive-level reporting and maintain transparent stakeholder communication. Standardize processes for project tracking, documentation, and compliance. Mentor project managers and foster the development of high-performing teams.

A minimum of 3 to 12 years of experience in PMO, Project, or Program Management is essential. Possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches. Demonstrate hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms. Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Include experience in risk management, budgeting, and forecasting. Provide a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects. An MBA or a relevant postgraduate degree is required. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly valued. Experience in IT, consulting, or product-based organizations, particularly with exposure to digital transformation or enterprise-wide programs, is beneficial.
