Lead the establishment and management of PMO frameworks, financial governance, and best practices. This includes spearheading annual budget planning and periodic re-forecasting for project portfolios, alongside developing executive dashboards to visualize costs, margins, and resource utilization. Ensure all projects adhere to financial regulations and maintain clear audit trails.

Drive the complete project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, by monitoring performance against KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools. Uphold adherence to timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project goals with broader business objectives. Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Oversee portfolio management, prioritization, and resource planning effectively. Facilitate executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication. Standardize processes for project tracking, documentation, and compliance. Additionally, mentor project managers and foster the development of high-performing teams.

This role requires 3 to 12 years of experience in PMO, Project, or Program Management. A strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches, is essential. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana is expected.

Candidates must possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in risk management, budgeting, and forecasting is crucial. A proven history of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects is a key requirement.

While not mandatory, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are advantageous. Experience within IT, consulting, or product-based organizations is preferred. Exposure to digital transformation initiatives or enterprise-wide programs is beneficial. An MBA or a relevant postgraduate degree is highly valued.
