Join our dynamic team as a Product SME/Lead Business Analyst specializing in Core Banking. This role is pivotal in driving requirements, solutioning, and delivery across critical core banking domains. You will be the functional lead and subject matter expert, ensuring seamless execution in areas such as Accounts, Deposits, Escrow, Cash Collateral, Branch Banking, Tax, Accounting Entries, Regulatory Reporting, and system integrations.

We are seeking an individual with a deep understanding of core banking operations, product processing, accounting impacts, financial reporting, and regulatory mandates. A strong grasp of leading Core Banking platforms like Oracle FLEXCUBE, Temenos Transact, Infosys Finacle, and others is essential. This position acts as the crucial functional bridge between Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Testing, and Business stakeholders to achieve successful Core Banking transformation initiatives.

Drive core banking product requirements from concept to implementation, meticulously reviewing and refining BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories. Define detailed user journeys and end-to-end process flows, identifying and resolving requirement gaps.

Facilitate workshops with business and product stakeholders, providing expert functional guidance to Product, Technology, Testing, and Operations teams. Lead functional solution discussions and translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and operationally efficient.

Perform comprehensive impact assessments across dependent systems, drive stakeholder governance, and mentor junior Business Analysts and Functional Consultants. Own the quality of requirements and secure functional sign-offs, contributing strategic product recommendations and direction for banking transformation programs.

This role demands extensive experience with Core Banking platforms such as Oracle FLEXCUBE, Temenos Transact, Intellect Design IDC, Infosys Finacle, Hogan, FIS Profile, IBS, Systematic, DigitalOne, MBP and Horizon, Thought Machine Vault, TCS BaNCS, and Mambu. Expertise across a wide range of banking products and functions is critical.

Key areas of experience include CASA Products, Fixed Deposits, Term Deposits, Escrow Accounts, Cash Collateral, Account Servicing, Branch Banking Operations, Tax Processing, Accounting Entries, Regulatory & Management Reporting, and integration management with platforms like Payments, Customer Onboarding, Digital Channels, Treasury/FX, CRM, and General Ledgers.

Strong skills in stakeholder management, testing support, and delivery are required. Experience in defining user journeys, workflows, and process flows, alongside the ability to analyze and resolve requirement ambiguities, is essential for this demanding position.
