Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, defining clear scopes and comprehensive work breakdown structures. Proactively manage scope changes and execute change orders to mitigate creep.

Take ownership of financial aspects, controlling project costs, tracking forecasts, and managing substantial budgets. Optimize resource allocation across internal departments and external vendors, ensuring efficient capacity planning.

Serve as the primary liaison for clients and C-suite executives, leading steering committees and delivering structured status updates. Mentor junior project managers and coordinators, fostering a high-performance team culture. Swiftly address operational bottlenecks and resolve internal team conflicts.

A minimum of 6 years of experience is required for this Mid-Senior to Senior level role. You will be expected to manage complex, high-budget, or multitrack initiatives, leading cross-functional global teams and interacting directly with executive stakeholders.

Key skills include robust project planning, scope definition, budget and resource management, and effective team leadership. A strong ability to manage risks, issues, and maintain transparent stakeholder communication is crucial.

Experience with SDLC lifecycle management, employing methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or SAFe, is essential. A B.Tech, MBA, MCA, or BE degree is required for this position.
