As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle ownership of projects, defining clear goals, scope, and work breakdown structures. You will proactively manage scope changes through impact assessments and change orders, while applying and tailoring appropriate methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.

Financial and resource optimization are key; you will control project costs, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and ensure effective capacity planning and resource allocation across internal departments and external vendors.

Your leadership will extend to stakeholder governance, serving as the primary contact for clients and C-suite executives, delivering structured status reports, and mentoring junior project managers. You will also formulate proactive risk mitigation plans and swiftly resolve operational bottlenecks or team conflicts.

This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or a related field, operating at a mid-senior to senior level. You should possess a strong understanding of project planning, scope definition, budget, and resource management.

Key skills include team leadership and mentorship, effective risk and issue management, and transparent stakeholder communication. Experience with quality assurance, compliance, and project closure is essential. A solid grasp of SDLC lifecycle management using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies is also required.
