As an Associate Director, you will leverage your extensive IT background and project management expertise to lead critical projects. You will be instrumental in the entire product development lifecycle, from initial planning through implementation, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies. Your ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships will be key to your success.

Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and content teams to align project goals and deliverables.

Gather and document project requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding among stakeholders.

Implement comprehensive risk management strategies and mitigate potential issues, escalating when necessary.

Track and manage cross-team dependencies to facilitate seamless coordination.

Oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee the final product meets high standards.

Maintain transparent communication with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

A minimum of 10 years in a corporate IT environment, with at least 5 years dedicated to project management.

Demonstrated experience across the systems development lifecycle, including planning, design, build, test, and implementation, with proficiency in Agile methodologies.

Expertise in industry-standard project management tools and techniques such as AGILE, Scrum, SAFe, JIRA, ADO, and SNOW.

Proven ability to manage software development teams of 10 or more members and define project KPIs and metrics.

Experience managing end-to-end projects from concept to delivery, including multi-technology projects and coordinating Change/Service Requests.

Possess a track record of customer focus, grounded in openness and trust.

Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed, multi-functional IT organization and experience working with third-party vendors for cloud technology implementation.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Educational qualifications include a B.Tech, MBA, MCA, or BE.
