Join our dynamic team as an experienced Payments Testing Professional, focusing on critical areas like SEPA, SWIFT, MT/MX messages, ISO 20022, and UAT. This role is integral to validating end-to-end payment flows and ensuring the successful delivery of payment transformation and regulatory initiatives. You'll be instrumental in assuring strong foundations for future financial aspirations, contributing to Deloitte's mission of helping clients act ahead in a constantly evolving landscape.

Key responsibilities include crafting comprehensive test strategies, plans, scenarios, cases, and data. You will execute various testing phases such as functional, SIT, regression, and UAT, while meticulously validating payment processing across diverse payment rails. Effective coordination with business analysts, product owners, development teams, and business users is crucial. Furthermore, you will manage defects through triage, root cause analysis, and retesting, alongside supporting UAT and release validation. Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements is paramount.

A minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in Payments Testing is essential. Demonstrated expertise in leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas is required. Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. A strong capacity for collaboration across both business and technical stakeholders is vital. Experience in IT, consulting, or product-based organizations, with exposure to digital transformation or enterprise-wide programs, is advantageous. A postgraduate degree, such as an MBA, is preferred.
