Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases, alongside meticulous execution of functional, SIT, regression, and UAT testing. You will validate intricate payment processing across various channels, manage defects through their lifecycle, and support the User Acceptance Testing phase to secure business sign-off. Furthermore, involvement in release validation and ensuring adherence to payment industry standards and regulatory mandates are crucial aspects of this role.

A minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience in Payments Testing is essential, complemented by proven ability in leading requirements elicitation for complex functional areas. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are paramount, along with strong communication capabilities. The ability to foster seamless collaboration across both business and technical teams is highly valued. Previous experience in IT, consulting, or product-based organizations, with exposure to digital transformation or enterprise-wide programs, is beneficial. A postgraduate degree such as an MBA is also preferred.
