Spearhead project management and business analysis for critical banking products, including Fraud, Cards, and Mortgages. Lead digital transformation initiatives, translating business needs into detailed application requirements, design, and testing phases. Effectively communicate insights and lead project deliverables, fostering strong collaboration across business and technical teams.

Demonstrate expertise in requirement elicitation and specification for complex functional areas. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive successful outcomes.

A seasoned Project Manager or Business Analyst with at least 8 years of experience in General Banking Product Management is sought. Proven experience with Fraud, Cards, Mortgages, AI, and Digital products is essential, with a preference for digital transformation expertise.

Key qualifications include a B.Tech/BE or an MBA/M.Tech/MS. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, coupled with demonstrated experience in leading requirements elicitation for complex functions. A strong ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders is vital.
