Drive projects and ensure their timely execution, managing timelines, deliverables, and team members to achieve high-quality outcomes. Collaborate effectively with client stakeholders, including CXOs, business heads, and operations teams, to understand needs and implement solutions.

Develop strategic recommendations based on diagnostic assessments across business strategy, digital transformation, customer experience optimization, and product innovation. Create thought leadership pieces by analyzing market trends and developments in the FS ecosystem and technology. Contribute to business development through RFPs, proposals, and other initiatives.

We seek a candidate with a strong understanding of the Indian FS ecosystem, including prior experience with Indian banks and NBFCs, particularly in Lending, Collections, and Trade Finance. Demonstrated capability in conducting diagnostic assessments and providing strategic recommendations is essential.

Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and reporting is required. A detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) is necessary. We require strong problem-solving skills in change and transformation environments, with experience in driving the adoption of new technologies like loan origination systems.

Excellent communication, organizational, prioritization, and documentation skills are a must. Candidates must be self-starters, team players, and possess prior experience working in cross-functional teams. A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience is expected.
