You will conduct diagnostic assessments and provide strategic recommendations across business strategy, digital transformation, customer experience optimization, and product innovation in retail and corporate lending, microfinance, and fintech collaborations. Drive project execution, manage timelines, deliverables, and team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Collaborate effectively with client stakeholders, including CXOs and operations teams. Contribute to business development by creating market trend analyses, developing POVs, and supporting RFPs and proposals. You'll also contribute to thought leadership and execute assignments with internal and external partners, ensuring robust data analysis and reporting.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required. Possess a strong understanding of the Indian FS ecosystem, with prior experience working with Indian banks and NBFCs, particularly in Lending, Collections, and Trade Finance. Demonstrated ability in problem-solving within change and transformation environments, including driving the adoption of new technologies like loan origination systems.

Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and documentation skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and strong analytical and listening skills are necessary. Must be a proactive self-starter and a collaborative team player experienced in cross-functional teams. An education in MCA, M.Tech, MBA, B.Tech, BBA, BSC, BE, or B.Com is required. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days a week in our Mumbai office.
