Conduct diagnostic assessments and deliver strategic recommendations across business strategy, digital transformation, and customer experience optimization. Drive projects from initiation to timely completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and team members to ensure high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with C-level executives and business heads to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.

Develop insights on market trends and advancements in the financial services ecosystem and technology. Contribute to business development efforts, including RFP responses and proposal creation. Leverage data analysis and reporting to support project findings and client engagements.

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience is required. Strong understanding of the Indian Financial Services (FS) ecosystem, with prior experience working with Indian banks and NBFCs, particularly in Lending, Collections, and Trade Finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting are essential.

Possess robust problem-solving skills within change and transformation environments, including experience driving adoption of new technologies like loan origination systems. Excellent communication, organizational, prioritization, and documentation skills are paramount. Must be a self-starter, team player, and comfortable working in cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is expected.
