Drive strategic recommendations and diagnostic assessments across business transformation, digital initiatives, and customer experience optimization. Lead product innovation, particularly in lending and fintech collaborations. Ensure timely project execution, managing timelines, deliverables, and team performance for exceptional outcomes. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, including CXOs and business heads, to understand needs and drive adoption of new technologies.

Contribute to business development efforts, including RFP responses and thought leadership. Develop insightful POVs on market trends and FS ecosystem developments. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Utilize strong data analysis and reporting skills to inform strategies.

A seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the Indian Financial Services ecosystem, ideally with exposure to banks and NBFCs, especially in lending, collections, and trade finance. Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformation projects, provide strategic advice, and manage client relationships at senior levels. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, alongside excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Must be a proactive self-starter and an effective team player, comfortable working in cross-functional environments.
