Join our dynamic Customer team focused on building strong foundations for future aspirations within the Financial Services sector. We are seeking an Associate Director to contribute to our FS Consulting practice in Mumbai, driving impactful change and innovation for our clients.

This role is instrumental in helping clients navigate complex challenges and achieve their strategic objectives through expert consulting services. You will be part of a team that embodies foresight and readiness to act.

Leverage your deep understanding of the Indian FS ecosystem, particularly in banking and NBFCs, to provide strategic recommendations. Drive diagnostic assessments, focusing on business strategy, digital transformation, customer experience, and product innovation.

Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution, quality deliverables, and effective team management. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, including CXOs and operations teams, to foster strong partnerships.

Develop cutting-edge perspectives on market trends and FS technology. Contribute to business development, including RFPs and proposals, and actively participate in thought leadership initiatives. Analyze data, generate reports, and ensure seamless project execution through effective stakeholder collaboration.

A minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience is required. A strong academic background is expected, with degrees such as MCA, M.Tech, MBA, B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc, B.E, or B.Com.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, alongside demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving within change and transformation environments. Experience with new technology adoption, like loan origination systems, is highly valued.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are paramount. You must be a self-starter, a team player comfortable in cross-functional settings, and possess excellent organizational and documentation abilities. The role requires working a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week in the Mumbai office.
