Join our Market Security Services (MSS) team as a Business Analyst / Project Manager, focusing on critical areas like Accounts, SSIs, Books, Hierarchy, and Pricing. This hybrid role bridges business operations and technology, driving process improvements and ensuring the integrity of security data and financial workflows. You'll be instrumental in enhancing systems and facilitating seamless operations within a dynamic financial services environment.

As a Subject Matter Expert in Market Security Services, you will lead requirement engineering, conduct workshops, and produce detailed documentation including BRDs and FSDs. Your role involves streamlining account management and hierarchy, automating SSIs, and collaborating on pricing models. You will also manage project lifecycles using Agile methodologies, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery. Additionally, you'll lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect resolution.

We seek candidates with 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis within Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Securities Services, coupled with strong project coordination skills. Essential expertise includes the post-trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and instrument master data. Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence, along with data analysis skills in SQL and Excel, is crucial. Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced, regulated setting are vital. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; certifications like CBAP, CSPO, CSM, or PMP are highly desirable.
