Spearhead the implementation and configuration of Smart Stream TLM for Nostro reconciliation tasks. Design and set up sophisticated matching rules, exception handling mechanisms, and workflow processes. Oversee the integration of data from diverse upstream sources like SWIFT, core banking systems, and custodians into the TLM system. Lead Day 0 migration activities, including historical data setup, balance population, and ensuring reconciliation readiness. Drive automation efforts to enhance straight-through processing (STP) and minimize manual breaks. Troubleshoot reconciliation discrepancies and fine-tune matching logic for optimal performance. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT professionals for seamless solution deployment. Uphold stringent data quality, audit, and control standards throughout all processes. Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production support, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

A minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in the financial services sector, with a specialized focus on reconciliations or Nostro operations. Demonstrate strong hands-on proficiency in configuring Smart Stream TLM. Possess prior experience specifically with Nostro reconciliations, covering both cash and securities. Exhibit proven expertise in creating and optimizing rules, managing exceptions, and designing break investigation workflows. Showcase experience in managing data integrations from multiple sources and systems. Maintain a solid understanding of the complete reconciliation lifecycle and associated controls. Be adept at operating in a techno-functional capacity, effectively bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions. Familiarity with TLM Smart Studio and the Web Connect component is advantageous, as is exposure to large-scale reconciliation transformation programs. A basic grasp of SWIFT messages (e.g., MT940/950, MT103) is beneficial. Knowledge of scripting or automation tools is considered a plus.
