Join our dynamic team as a Techno-Functional TLM SME, specializing in Smart Stream TLM. This role is pivotal in a client initiative aimed at automating Nostro reconciliations. We seek an individual with robust configuration and integration expertise to drive large-scale reconciliation transformations.

As part of the Customer team, you will contribute to building strong foundations for future aspirations, embodying Deloitte's commitment to proactive change and assured accomplishments.

Implement and configure Smart Stream TLM for Nostro reconciliation use cases, including designing matching rules, exception handling, and workflows.

Manage complex data integrations from diverse sources like SWIFT and core banking systems. You will also lead Day 0 migration activities, ensuring historical data, balance population, and reconciliation readiness.

Drive automation to enhance straight-through processing (STP) and minimize manual breaks. Troubleshoot reconciliation issues, optimize matching logic, and collaborate across business and IT teams for seamless solution deployment.

Ensure strict adherence to data quality, audit, and control standards. Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production support, and continuous improvement efforts.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on reconciliations or Nostro operations, is essential.

We require significant hands-on experience with Smart Stream TLM configuration and prior experience in Nostro cash and securities reconciliations. Proven expertise in rule creation, tuning, exception management, and break investigation workflows is critical.

Demonstrated experience in handling integrations across multiple data sources and systems, coupled with a solid understanding of the reconciliation lifecycle and controls, is necessary.
