Leverage comprehensive banking domain knowledge, particularly in commercial lending products like Overdrafts, loans, and MSS products. Apply deep operational familiarity with limit lifecycle management, complex interest and fee processing, customer/account data schemas, and overall corporate banking operations.

Utilize hands-on technical delivery experience within banking technology ecosystems to orchestrate large-scale system integrations and manage interfaces between disparate core banking platforms. Strong stakeholder management capabilities are essential for seamless collaboration across Business Units, Product Management, Core Corporate IT, and Design Architecture.

A robust understanding of commercial lending products, with specific expertise in Overdrafts, loans, and MSS products. Deep operational familiarity with limit lifecycle management, complex interest and fee processing, customer/account data schemas, and broader corporate banking operations is crucial.

Possess a strong technical delivery background in banking technology, with a proven ability to manage large-scale system integrations and interfaces connecting core banking platforms. Familiarity with Oracle ELCM platforms or similar enterprise collateral engines is highly advantageous.

Demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interface with diverse organizational levels. Experience in structural core banking system replacements, modernization frameworks, or platform retirement/migration programs is a significant plus.

Educational qualifications include BE, BCom, MBA, MTech, or MCA.
