Provide in-depth functional and technical integration expertise to define integration requirements, identify architectural gaps, and guide the solution design for the core banking modernization framework. Engage with business units, product management, core corporate IT, and design architecture stakeholders to ensure seamless cross-system requirement alignment.

Leverage robust knowledge of commercial lending products, especially overdrafts, loans, and MSS products. Apply deep operational familiarity with limit lifecycle management, complex interest and fee processing, and customer/account data schemas within corporate banking.

A strong background in core banking systems and their integration is essential, with a proven ability to manage large-scale system integrations and interfaces. Experience in wholesale credit lending transformation, particularly with facility and collateral management systems, is highly valued.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to interface effectively across various organizational levels. While not mandatory, prior experience in structural core banking system replacements, modernization frameworks, or platform migration programs is a significant advantage. A BE, BCom, MBA, MTech, or MCA degree is required.
