Join our dynamic team as a Conversational AI & AI Agent Engineer, focusing on architecting and implementing advanced AI solutions. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, training, and deploying enterprise-grade AI agents and sophisticated conversational AI platforms. You will leverage a range of leading GenAI technologies, including Snowflake, AWS, OpenAI, Gemini, Copilot Studio, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, and SageMaker. Your expertise will be instrumental in building low-code/no-code AI agents, robust RAG solutions, advanced prompt engineering techniques, and seamless enterprise integrations, all while contributing to our esteemed AI Center of Excellence.

Key responsibilities include the end-to-end design, development, training, and deployment of AI agents utilizing low-code/no-code platforms. You will craft cutting-edge conversational AI solutions tailored for diverse customer and employee use cases. This involves building sophisticated RAG systems, semantic search capabilities, and intricate AI workflows. Seamless integration of AI agents with enterprise APIs, CRM systems, data warehouses, and knowledge bases is essential. You will also focus on optimizing AI models for enhanced accuracy, reduced latency, cost-efficiency, and minimal hallucination. Contributing to AI governance, security protocols, and responsible AI practices is also a core part of this role, alongside mentoring teams and establishing reusable AI frameworks and Center of Excellence assets.

This role requires a strong foundation with 5-9 years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years specifically in Generative AI or Conversational AI. Proven hands-on experience in delivering enterprise AI solutions across multiple LLM platforms is crucial. Essential technical skills encompass proficiency with platforms such as Snowflake Intelligence, AWS AI Services, Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Anthropic Claude. You should be skilled in programming languages like Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL, with a deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, Semantic Search, Prompt Engineering, and REST APIs. While not strictly required, certifications in AWS AI/ML, SnowPro, Azure AI, or Google ML are highly preferred, alongside experience with Amazon Connect, AWS CCaaS, Amazon Lex, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP, Contact Center AI, and Agent Assist.
