Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, developing high-level plans, schedules, and timelines. Facilitate discussions, resolve issues, and remove blockers between diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Effectively manage project risks, tasks, and deadlines using strong organizational skills. Understand the lifecycle and challenges of AI/ML and analytics projects. Lead with integrity, build inclusion, and foster motivation within the team.

A minimum of 4 years of banking domain experience, with a strong preference for Corporate/CIB credit domain expertise. Functional knowledge of client lifecycle systems in Corporate, Commercial, or Institutional banking is essential. Experience with Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and prioritizing backlogs, is crucial. Proficiency in managing project documentation and utilizing collaboration tools is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective stakeholder engagement across all levels. Familiarity with RWA calculators and credit processes is beneficial. An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for impactful solutions is key.
