As a Senior Product Owner, you will be instrumental in defining product strategy, managing the roadmap, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. You will define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning with organizational objectives and digital transformation goals. Effective stakeholder management is key, partnering across business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance teams. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to optimization, translating customer feedback into actionable enhancements. Ensuring regulatory, risk, and compliance adherence, alongside driving operational readiness and managing change integration, will be core to your role. Performance management and post-implementation support are also integral components of this position.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Technology, Engineering, or Finance. A strong background in Product Ownership or Management within Payments, Financial Services, or Technology Delivery is essential. Proven experience in managing complex products and leading large-scale change initiatives is expected.

Key qualifications include a solid understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies, coupled with experience working with diverse cross-functional stakeholders. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. Experience with payment processing, financial messaging standards like SWIFT or ISO 20022, and delivering regulatory/compliance changes is highly desirable. Certifications in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Product Management are a plus.
