This role is based in Bengaluru with a mandatory hybrid working model, requiring at least three days in the office per week, adaptable to specific domain needs. We are seeking a results-oriented professional with 6-12 years of experience in business analysis, possessing strong analytical and communication skills.

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a crucial liaison, facilitating seamless communication between technology, product leads, and operations stakeholders. Your responsibilities include assisting in requirement creation, scope definition, and prioritization. You will be responsible for developing Epics and stories, ensuring all documentation remains current and accurate. Driving the creation of detailed functional specifications, including AS-IS and target state process flows, is a key aspect of this role.

Further, you will provide essential functional support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial requirements and functional specifications to reviewing SIT and UAT test cases. Partnering with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of specifications is vital. You will manage changes to requirements following established processes and develop use cases. Facilitating the implementation of new functionality through training, demonstrations, and documentation is also part of your remit.

We are looking for a Trade Finance Business Analyst with strong techno-functional knowledge and 6-12 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of obtaining requirements from business users and subject matter experts, reviewing business priorities, and analyzing options and risks. Experience in creating detailed business and functional requirements, functional system requirements specifications, and leading a team of BAs to deliver solutions is essential.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Jira, Mind Maps, and SQL is required. You should possess excellent detail-orientation, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information while asking pertinent questions. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies is expected. While not mandatory, knowledge of programming languages like Java and Python, along with the ability to leverage AI Tools, will be considered a significant advantage. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as B.Tech, BBA, BSC, BE, B.Com, MCA, M.Tech, or MBA.
