As a Senior Consultant, you will elicit and document business requirements from key stakeholders, analyzing vendor solutions for build/buy decisions. You will collaborate with technical teams for seamless system integration and design comprehensive test scenarios, including UAT coordination.

Maintaining accurate business requirements documentation and functional specifications is crucial. You will also be responsible for providing regular status updates, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to project leadership.

We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within Capital Markets projects focusing on Risk, Capital, or Liquidity.

Essential functional skills include proficiency in Business Requirements Document creation, project coordination, and stakeholder management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are a must, along with the capacity to work independently and manage deadlines.

Technical expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) is required. Familiarity with data transformation tools like Power BI or Alteryx, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Projects is considered a significant advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills are paramount. A proactive, go-getter attitude, coupled with exceptional organization and prioritization skills, will set candidates apart.
