Lead business analysis and transformation initiatives, focusing on the payments ecosystem. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable technology and process solutions. Oversee complex projects from initial requirements discovery through solution design, implementation, and post-production validation. Work with operations, risk, and compliance teams, as well as external partners, to ensure comprehensive and effective solution delivery. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the payments domain.

Requires 15 to 25 years of extensive experience as a Lead Business Analyst, with a strong emphasis on Payments and Corporate Banking. Proven ability to lead complex initiatives from conception to completion. Familiarity with hybrid work models, requiring at least 3 days per week in the office. Educational qualifications include MCA, M.tech, MBA, B. Tech, BBA, BSC, BE, or B.Com.
