You will shape product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and manage the product lifecycle to deliver significant business and customer value.

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payment solutions. Prioritize enhancements based on customer needs, business value, and operational benefits. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to optimization. Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and risk teams to align priorities. Ensure all product changes meet regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements. Drive operational readiness and manage change integration for new solutions. Monitor product performance using KPIs and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or Finance. Extensive experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Payments, or Financial Services. Proven ability to manage complex products and large-scale change initiatives. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with payment processing, SWIFT, or ISO 20022 standards is highly desirable. Relevant certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management are a plus.
