Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of payments, guiding clients through complex challenges, and ensuring robust foundations for their aspirations. We are looking for a proactive individual ready to make a tangible impact in the evolving payments landscape.

As a Senior Payments SME, you will spearhead client advisory and transformation efforts, including conducting payment assessments and defining target operating models. You will lead workstreams across various payment domains such as Retail Payments, Banking Payments, and Modern Payments, including RTP/Faster Payments and Open Banking.

Furthermore, you will provide delivery leadership by managing project workstreams, facilitating client workshops, and redesigning business processes. Business development activities, including proposal support and thought leadership creation, will also be a key part of your role.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 7-10 years of experience in the payments industry or consulting. A proven track record in delivering payment transformation programs is essential, coupled with a strong understanding of payment products, operating models, and regulations.

Exceptional consulting capabilities, including process transformation, operating model design, and business architecture, are required. You should also possess strong leadership skills in team management, client relationship building, and stakeholder influencing. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
