As a Payments SME and Consultant, you will lead critical workstreams focused on payment modernization and transformation.

Key responsibilities include: - Spearheading payment assessments and comprehensive transformation programs. - Designing optimal target operating models for payment organizations. - Conducting in-depth payment maturity and capability assessments. - Developing strategic payment roadmaps and implementation plans. - Providing expert advice on emerging payment innovations and industry trends. - Leading domain-specific workstreams in retail, banking, and modern payment domains. - Managing project workstreams, junior consultants, and facilitating client workshops. - Driving business process redesign, defining requirements, and supporting program governance.

We are seeking a Payments SME with a strong consulting background and 3-6 years of experience in the payments industry or consulting.

Essential qualifications include: - Proven experience in delivering payment transformation programs. - Comprehensive knowledge of payment products, operational models, and regulatory frameworks. - Demonstrated ability to manage client stakeholders and project workstreams effectively. - Expertise in key payments areas such as Payment Hubs, Cards, Merchant Acquiring, RTP/Faster Payments, Open Banking, SWIFT, ISO 20022, Payments Risk & Compliance, and Payment Operations. - Strong consulting capabilities including Process Transformation, Operating Model Design, Business Architecture, Requirements Leadership, Agile Delivery, and Executive Communication. - Excellent leadership skills in Team Management, Client Relationship Management, Workshop Facilitation, Stakeholder Influencing, and Problem Solving.

An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred, along with relevant certifications like CBAP, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, or Agile.
