Provide expert strategic advisory on payment modernization and innovation agendas, developing comprehensive enterprise roadmaps and conducting market analyses. Lead significant transformation programs, offering executive oversight and establishing robust governance and risk management frameworks. Drive business development by owning sales pursuits, crafting compelling proposals, and fostering revenue growth. Furthermore, play a key role in practice leadership by defining consulting strategies, mentoring high-performing teams, and representing the organization at industry events.

Key responsibilities include advising on emerging payment trends like Real-Time Payments, Digital Assets, Embedded Finance, Open Banking, Payment Orchestration, and Cross-Border Modernization.

A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in payments, transaction banking, consulting, or financial services is essential. This includes over 5 years of dedicated experience in leading complex payment transformation programs and a proven track record of managing CXO-level client relationships. Possessing required domain expertise across various payment facets and strong leadership competencies such as executive stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and strategic thinking are crucial for success in this role.
