Key responsibilities include meticulously reviewing credit documentation, ensuring compliance with sanction terms and credit covenants. You will coordinate with legal teams for document amendments, scrutinize executed documentation for corporate borrowers, and manage the release of limits post-verification. Calculating drawing power, coordinating with treasury for disbursals, and reviewing security perfection are also critical aspects of this role.

Additional duties involve conducting due diligence for KYC documents, onboarding borrowers onto the Barclays system, and updating the KYC Policy in line with regulatory circulars. You will also manage daily cash flow reporting, facilitate the processing of the Barclays Commercial Paper Programme, and maintain treasury product MIS. Stakeholder management with Credit, Coverage, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and Audit teams is essential.

A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Money Market operations is required. This position demands strong problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of key concerns, and a drive for control improvements. You should be adept at identifying potential risks and developing solutions to enhance existing processes and controls.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work under pressure with meticulous attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent multi-tasking skills are necessary to analyze issues, react quickly to performance-related problems, and effectively prioritize tasks and coordinate with other teams. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required, with specific qualifications including B.Tech, BBA, BSC, BE, B.Com, MCA, M.Tech, or MBA.
