Join our dynamic team as an experienced Business Analyst, contributing to the enhancement of front-end applications for critical financial operations. This role is pivotal in shaping solutions that support Custody, Professional Clearing Member (PCM), Fund Accounting, and CSGL activities.

We are seeking professionals who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring our systems are robust and user-friendly. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our client services.

Key contributions include gathering and analyzing business requirements from Custody, PCM, Fund Accounting, and CSGL operations teams.

You will translate these needs into detailed Business Requirement Specification documents (BRS), user stories, and assist in creating wireframes for the new front-end application.

Responsibilities extend to mapping end-to-end workflows, defining data requirements, and collaborating with UX/UI designers and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and accurate data representation.

Additionally, you'll prepare use cases, process flow diagrams, test case scenarios, support test execution, manage defects, and validate fixes with business users.

We are looking for candidates with a solid understanding of Securities Market Operations and proven experience in writing BRDs/FSDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Proficiency in wireframing/prototyping tools and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are essential.

Candidates should also have experience with UAT planning, test case design, and defect management.

Strong communication abilities are required to effectively liaise between business SMEs and technical developers. The capacity to manage multiple work streams concurrently and a detail-oriented approach with strong documentation discipline are highly valued.
