Lead critical workstreams for clients, specializing in areas like sales transformation, dealer network enhancement, and go-to-market strategy. You will analyze market dynamics, develop strategic insights, and craft actionable recommendations for pricing and profitability.

Drive the design of future-ready business models, encompassing EV adoption, connected mobility, and digital retail strategies. Manage small teams, fostering delivery excellence and team development. You will also contribute to business development efforts, proposal creation, and client relationship building.

An MBA or PGDM from a top-tier institution is required, alongside 5-8 years of experience in management consulting or automotive strategy. Demonstrated expertise in automotive retail, OEM sales, EV ecosystems, and digital transformation is crucial.

Possess strong project leadership abilities, with experience managing client stakeholders independently. A solid business acumen, coupled with excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills, is essential. A passion for mobility innovation and the ability to influence senior leaders in complex environments are key.
