Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing organizational and team agility, recommending strategic improvements for business-value-driven Agile transformations. You will collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to align on vision and achieve target states. Key responsibilities include assessing Agile maturity and identifying areas for enhancement to drive business value. You will align Agile transformation visions with leadership and stakeholders, providing expert coaching, teaching, and mentoring to Agile teams. Enabling a smooth transition to Agile methodologies by fostering an Agile mindset is crucial.

Your role will involve establishing governance policies, defining measurement systems with relevant metrics, and advising on Agile frameworks and best practices. You will review team structures to optimize performance and engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels to facilitate enterprise-wide Agile transformation. Developing an Agile mindset through coaching, facilitation, mentoring, and change management techniques is essential. You will also drive a learning culture via workshops and agile techniques, ensuring continuous measurement and alignment with leadership on progress.

We are looking for experienced professionals with 9+ years of relevant work experience as an Agile Coach, with a preferred range of 12-17 years. Proven success in leading multiple Agile transformation and implementation engagements is essential.

Demonstrated hands-on experience with various Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, is required. Relevant Agile coach certifications, such as SAFe SPC, Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach, Certified Team Coach, or Certified Enterprise Coach, are highly desirable. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills are paramount.

Experience with product backlog management tools is a plus. Candidates should possess demonstrated learning agility and a track record of success in ambiguous and unfamiliar situations. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is expected.
