We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach with a strong background in implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices. Your expertise will be crucial in driving organizational agility and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end SAFe transformations from strategic planning to successful execution. Conduct organizational Agile maturity assessments and develop tailored transformation roadmaps. Provide expert coaching to executives, business leaders, Lean Portfolio Management, Product Management, RTEs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.

Deliver official SAFe certification training, enabling participants to achieve recognized credentials. Facilitate essential SAFe events, including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and System Demos. Establish effective Lean-Agile governance, metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks. Mentor and develop internal Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters to build strong organizational capabilities.

A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience as an Agile Coach is essential. Candidates must hold an active SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification in good standing and be authorized to deliver official SAFe training. Proven experience with enterprise-wide SAFe implementation is required.

Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills are paramount. Strong communication, a positive attitude, and executive presentation capabilities are also key. Prior PMO and banking domain experience are mandatory for this role. Relevant educational backgrounds include MCA, M.Tech, MBA, B.Tech, BBA, BSC, BE, or B.Com.
