Lead the complete deployment and commissioning of telecom passive infrastructure, including critical power systems (rectifiers, batteries, UPS, DG), shelters, and towers. Design and refine site power solutions, considering load demands, grid stability, and future scalability. Oversee operations and maintenance (O&M) for all telecom passive infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance. Manage battery lifecycle, including VRLA/Li-ion systems, from sizing to health monitoring and replacement strategies. Ensure efficient DG operations and fuel management through advanced monitoring and controls, adhering to environmental regulations.

Utilize remote monitoring systems (EMS/NMS/IoT) for proactive issue detection, root cause analysis, and performance tracking. Effectively manage vendors and stakeholders, coordinating with project implementation and third-party agencies. Ensure adherence to all safety standards, grounding, lightning protection protocols, and regulatory requirements across all sites.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is required for this position. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of telecom passive infrastructure, including power systems (rectifiers, batteries, UPS, DG), site power solution design, and optimization. Experience in the operations and maintenance (O&M) of such infrastructure is essential. Familiarity with battery lifecycle management (VRLA/Li-ion), DG operations, and remote monitoring systems (EMS/NMS/IoT) is crucial.

Proven ability in vendor and stakeholder management, along with a solid grasp of safety standards, grounding, lightning protection, and regulatory compliance is expected. This role is based in Hyderabad, IN, and requires onsite presence.
