Leverage your expertise in the Indian Financial Services sector, potentially gained through management consulting or industry roles. Your background might include experience with clients in India, the Middle East, or Southeast Asia, particularly within Banking, NBFC, Payments, or Insurance.

We are seeking individuals with a keen understanding of emerging digital technologies and their transformative impact on financial services business models. A strong appreciation for operational rigor alongside strategic insight is key.

As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities will center on delivering service excellence. This includes identifying critical client business issues, understanding client needs through innovative assessment techniques, and developing actionable recommendations.

You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the quality of deliverables, effectively managing client relationships, and ensuring high-performance outcomes. Additionally, you will actively participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development initiatives.

A foundational understanding of compliance procedures for Banks, Insurance, or Wealth Management firms is also beneficial for this role.

Candidates should possess an MBA from a Tier-1 B-School and a Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, economics, or engineering from a top-tier institution. A minimum of 3 years in Business Consulting, or 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, is required.

Proven experience leading and delivering large, complex client engagements that involve designing and implementing creative business and technology solutions for major financial institutions is essential. Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills are a must.

While not strictly required, proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, developing customer journeys, and Agile/Scrum project management methodologies are advantageous. Prior consulting experience will be highly preferred.
