This Director-level role focuses on market-making and advanced cybersecurity expertise, guiding clients through the entire business cycle. The position emphasizes building and sustaining long-term business relationships, creating significant value for both the firm and our clients. Success in this role involves end-to-end ownership from business identification through to revenue realization, leveraging industry, technical, and product knowledge through excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Key accountabilities include demonstrating deep technical knowledge in cybersecurity solutions and applying a structured approach to client challenges. You will be instrumental in sourcing new business opportunities and supporting growth strategies, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and leading proposal development.

Delivery excellence involves providing high-quality client service, understanding management expectations, assessing cyber risk, and implementing solutions to enhance enterprise-wide security capabilities. This includes managing engagements from planning and budgeting to defining deliverables and securing top management buy-in for proposed solutions. Practice development entails creating and deploying Deloitte methodologies and supporting tools.

We seek a candidate with 12-15 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, blending business and technical leadership with strong commercial acumen, preferably with P&L management experience. Essential skills include a robust marketplace presence, strong industry and alliance relationships at CXO levels, and the ability to manage key client stakeholders and lead diverse teams.

Candidates must possess excellent presentation, documentation, and articulation skills, with demonstrable experience in client relationship development and a proven track record in sales and business development. A broad range of security experience, with a specialization in areas like Cloud Security, Data Protection, SOC, or Incident Response, is highly valued. Experience in developing and leading end-to-end bids and tender documentation is also crucial.

Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or Business Management is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are advantageous.
