Develop and implement effective solutions leveraging Salesforce configure and customization features.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure engagement objectives are met and quality standards are exceeded.

Proactively identify, manage, and escalate workstream risks and issues to leadership.

Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes by identifying improvement opportunities.

Enhance firm knowledge in specific sectors through active participation in initiatives and industry events.

Mandatory prior experience with the Salesforce platform is essential for this role.

Extensive experience in solution design, client management, delivering client demos, and facilitating design and development workshops is required.

A strong understanding of Salesforce features like Lightning and integration, along with project implementation methodologies, is necessary.

Demonstrated work experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce Platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds is expected.

Proven ability to understand requirements, prepare effort estimates, and contribute to overall system design.

Experience managing client relationships and leading multi-member teams on past projects is a prerequisite.

Strong project discipline, organization, focus, and drive towards meeting deliverable dates are crucial.

Familiarity with implementation best practices on the Force.com platform and Salesforce is required.

Capability to develop all project-related documentation, including requirements, system design, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.
