Leverage Deloitte's Human Capital expertise, combining research, analytics, and industry insights to design and execute critical talent and change initiatives. Contribute to a dynamic practice focused on innovative talent and leadership development.

Lead and manage high-quality learning interventions, including training approach, strategy development, needs analysis, and curriculum design. Oversee conceptualization and delivery of design projects, managing learning deliverables to a business-ready standard with minimal supervision.

Engage actively in team and client discussions, proposing innovative ideas and groundbreaking designs. Develop compelling content and direct creative execution to ensure targeted and impactful messaging. Research and recommend new program concepts and innovative branding techniques.

Measure and analyze current learning efforts, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines. Enable design research, storyboarding, and brainstorming sessions. Stay informed about the competitive design landscape and industry trends, sharing insights with the team.

We are seeking individuals with a creative and innovative mindset, possessing a strong understanding of technology transformation projects and ERP applications like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Familiarity with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, or SAP Enable Now is beneficial. You should demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages. Initiative, strategic thinking, and artistic vision are highly valued.

Excellent time and project management skills are required, along with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is expected, complemented by 3-5 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Designer, Digital Content Creator, or in a related corporate role. A strong portfolio showcasing clean and creative designs is a must.
