As a Consultant, you will create and deliver a variety of high-quality learning materials, including instructor-led training, web-based training, and digital learning products. You'll manage learning projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet business-ready standards with minimal supervision. Active participation in client discussions to understand learning requirements and articulate innovative ideas is key. You will also contribute to program development, research industry trends, and apply creative branding techniques to align with client guidelines.

We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Designer or Digital Content Creator, preferably from agency or corporate backgrounds. A strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, such as Bloom's Taxonomy and ADDIE, is essential. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline are required. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills are crucial for success in this role.
