As a Consultant in Organizational Transformation, you will craft and implement high-quality learning solutions, including ILTs, WBTs, digital products, and performance support tools, tailored to project specifications and timelines.

You will manage learning projects independently, ensuring they meet business-ready standards. Strong communication skills are essential for understanding client needs and articulating ideas effectively.

Contribute innovative ideas for new programs and stay abreast of the competitive design landscape. You'll also align project visuals and branding with client guidelines, conduct design research, and facilitate brainstorming sessions.

We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or digital content creator, ideally from an agency or corporate background. A solid understanding of instructional design methodologies like Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE, and Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation is required.

Familiarity with technology transformation projects and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Basic knowledge of tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, or Oracle Guided Learning is a plus.

Outstanding verbal and written communication, strategic thinking, and exceptional time and project management skills are critical for success in this role. The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently is also key.
